• Connecting Flight Note: Wear comfortable travel clothes with sandals/slippers at origin airport. Keep your 2 unstitched Ihram sheets in your cabin hand bag (Ihram will be worn at the transit airport prayer room before your connecting flight to Jeddah).

Take-off from Kolkata (CCU) to transit hub Dubai (DXB). Aircraft: Boeing 777-300ER.

• Travel in normal comfortable clothes. Ihram is safely kept in your cabin hand luggage.

Arrive at Dubai International Airport for flight connection. Follow the "Flight Connections / Transfers" signs inside the terminal.

Layover at Dubai Airport (DXB). Terminal transit security screening, duty-free shopping, and preparation for connecting flight.

• Follow the "Flight Connections" transfer signage to reach your departure terminal/gate
• Your checked bags are automatically transferred to your destination in Saudi Arabia
• Keep boarding pass and passport accessible for gate security checks

During your transit layover at Dubai Airport (DXB), proceed to the terminal prayer area / airport masjid before boarding your connecting flight to Jeddah (EK-803). Perform Wudhu or Ghusl, wear the two unstitched white sheets of Ihram (Rida & Izar), and offer 2 Rak'ah Sunnat-ul-Ihram.

• Airport par transit ke dauran prayer room mein Ihram baandha jaata hai (Wear Ihram during transit before boarding connecting flight to Jeddah)
• Perform Wudhu or Ghusl and wear the 2 unstitched white Ihram sheets (Rida & Izar)
• Offer 2 Rak’at Sunnat-ul-Ihram (Recite Surah Al-Kafirun in 1st Rakat & Surah Al-Ikhlas in 2nd Rakat)
• Do NOT make the Niyyah / Talbiyah yet; Niyyah will be made 1 hour before landing in Jeddah when crossing the Miqat

Board connecting flight from Dubai (DXB) to Jeddah (JED). Aircraft: Airbus A380.

• Board the aircraft in the state of Ihram preparation (Ihram worn at transit airport).

Approximately 1 hour before touchdown at Jeddah Airport, the aircraft crosses the sacred Miqat boundary (Yalamlam / Qarn al-Manazil). Both male and female pilgrims must now open their Aimah Tours Umrah Dua Cards and make the sacred Niyyah.

• Open your Aimah Tours Umrah Dua Card now
• Recite Umrah Niyyah: "Labbayk Allahumma Umrah" (اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أُرِيدُ الْعُمْرَةَ فَيَسِّرْهَا لِي وَتَقَبَّلْهَا مِنِّي)
• Both male and female pilgrims start reciting the Talbiyah continuously: "Labbayk Allahumma Labbayk, Labbayka Laa Shareeka Laka Labbayk, Innal Hamda Wan Ni’mata Laka Wal Mulk, Laa Shareeka Lak" (Brothers recite aloud, sisters recite softly)
• All Ihram restrictions (no perfume, no cutting hair/nails, no head covering for men, no face veil touching for women) now strictly apply until completion of Sa’i and Halq/Taqseer

Touchdown in Saudi Arabia (King Abdulaziz International Airport). Proceed to the dedicated Umrah immigration hall for passport stamping and baggage retrieval.

Meet the Aimah Tours airport representative outside the arrivals terminal and board the reserved air-conditioned group coach to Rehab Al Taqwa Hotel.

• Expressway journey to Makkah Al Mukarramah (approx 1.5 to 2 hours)

Arrive at the hotel in Makkah. Complete group room key distribution and check into your room. Official hotel check-in time is 16:00.

Assemble in hotel lobby after brief rest. Follow our experienced tour guide for Tawaf around the Holy Kaaba, 2 Rakats at Maqam Ibrahim, drinking Zamzam, Sa’i between Safa & Marwah, and Halq/Taqseer (hair cutting) to complete your sacred Umrah.

• Follow the Group Leader holding the Aimah Tours flag
• Drink plenty of blessed Zamzam water from the dispensers inside the Haram
• Make continuous Duas at the Multazam, Hateem, and Mataf

Complete luggage packing, clear room charges if any, and hand over the room keys to the hotel front desk. Official checkout is 14:00.

Please gather in the hotel lobby with all your luggage 15 minutes before the coach departure. Group leaders will verify pilgrim count.

Board the air-conditioned coach for the airport transfer (6 hours before flight departure). This buffer accounts for highway travel, checkpoint inspections, and mandatory international airport reporting.

• Return Flight departure time: 17:35
• Calculated coach departure: 11:35 (6 Hours buffer)

Arrive at the airport terminal. Proceed to the Emirates check-in counters with your passport and flight tickets to deposit checked bags and collect boarding passes.

• Proceed through immigration and security gates to the departure waiting lounge

Take-off from Madinah (MED) to transit hub Dubai (DXB). Aircraft: Boeing 777-300ER.

Layover at Dubai Airport (DXB). Transit security screening, time for duty-free shopping, prayer rooms, and relaxation before the connecting flight to India.

Board connecting flight from Dubai (DXB) to Kolkata (CCU). Aircraft: Boeing 777-300ER.

Touchdown in India with accepted Umrah (Umrah Maqbool). Collect your checked baggage and retrieve your complimentary 5-liter sealed Zamzam water can at the arrival conveyor belt.
